IYT Recruitment Event

We hosted an exciting and powerful IYT Recruitment Informational Event at Capitol High School designed to give students a real look into who we are, our mission, and the goals we’re striving toward. The energy was high with interactive icebreakers, thought-provoking conversations, and an inside scoop on all things IYT. Students enjoyed food, music, and games while connecting with peers and our team. The highlight? Students walked away with gift cards, new knowledge, and plenty of great questions that showed just how ready they are to join the IYT movement.

My Why:

I do this work because I know firsthand the power of access and opportunity to transform lives. Having grown up navigating two very different worlds, I learned the importance of adaptation, resilience, and the impact that comes when someone believes in your potential. I am committed to being that bridge—helping young people recognize their worth, challenge limiting beliefs, and experience profound moments of growth. At IYT, my purpose is to create spaces where students not only see new possibilities but are empowered to pursue them, leaving behind a legacy of untapped potential realized.

Upcoming Events

Join the Brotherhood Welcome Event 

10/30/2025

We will be planning to have our official Welcome Event confirming all the brothers who will officially be a part of the program. There will be music, games, and fun. Parents will be invited and a celebratory certificate will be shared with students and their families.
