Brothers competed by grade level, to see who can build the tallest and most creative tower.
This month, IYT at Hamilton Elementary put our brothers' collaboration and engineering skills to the test with a fun and delicious challenge! Working in teams, they were given a simple set of supplies—graham crackers, marshmallows, frosting, and bamboo skewers—and one ambitious goal: to build the tallest possible tower.
The finished tower the brothers worked on.
The room was buzzing with creative energy as students strategized, problem-solved, and worked together to construct their sugary skyscrapers. This hands-on activity was a fantastic way to practice communication, demonstrate teamwork, and learn that even the stickiest situations can be overcome with a good plan and great partners.
