Setting the Course for Success

Last month, our workshops at IYT at Willie Brown Middle School were dedicated to building a strong foundation for the year ahead. We dove into the importance of setting goals, making commitments, and understanding the personal motivations that drive each of our brothers. By establishing this sense of purpose early on, we can use these conversations as a springboard for deeper discussions about college readiness and academic achievement throughout the school year.

Brother Adrian

This month, we proudly honor Adrian as our Brother of the Month! Adrian exemplifies true dedication in everything he does, whether it’s on the soccer field or in the classroom. He consistently puts his all into his schoolwork, demonstrating a powerful commitment to his grades and his future. Adrian is a fantastic role model, not only for his younger brother who is also in IYT but for every student in our program. His focus and hard work set a wonderful example for his peers. Congratulations, Adrian!
